Prestige theme background video wont autoplay on mobile

Hi,

I currently have a prestige theme. I added the background video section with a video link from Vimeo. Upon viewing on mobile, the videos don’t play at all. How do I set the background videos on autoplay?

I tried adjusting the video sizes from large to small but the videos won’t autoplay either.

Rio here from the Shopify Community team. I took a look on mobile and was able to see the video actively playing.

Could you try in a different browser in your device, or in incognito?
