Need support ASAP - Autoplay video is not playing on iPhone
@Marcus16 The reason that you’re not seeing that video on mobile devices is because it’s set to ‘Background video’. This is an option that will play the video automatically upon visiting the site; this isn’t possible on mobile devices due to decisions made by OS developers for Android and iOS.

Just strange as its been autoplaying on all mobiles for the last month, but randomly stopped today
