Problems Syncing products to TikTok shop

Hi there,

I’m having troubles syncing perfume and cologne oils to tik tok shop. When I tried to use the support feature to speak with tiktok shop support, they redirected me back to shopify ;/

I keep getting this error to “Add description in Shopify” but there is no option in the product descriptions for flammable liquid volume. Has anyone received this? Do I need to add details to my product description??

It looks like what I needed to update was the product category template. I added “15ml” when it should have been “15”

For the description, I have some custom coded items and image in my description on Shopify which does not transfer over well in the tik tok shop. So I had to edit the description manually in the tik tok shop app.
