I’m getting frustrated. I have the tiktok shop app, and everything is set up correctly, but i’m having an issue with some of my products not syncing to my tiktok from shopify. Some of my products, no problem at all syncing. Other items are not syncing. I have done the mapping and everything. The products that aren’t syncing has an error saying at least one warehouse should have available stock. Everything is in stock. I contacted shopify support and they said everything looks good with shopify. I contact tiktok shop and they keep giving me the run around. when I submit a ticket, they just send me generic responses back. Has anyone else had this issue? Thank you
Hello I have been running in the same issue, so my head are about to explode ? I just been trying to figure it out myself I don’t know if this help but you have to download TikTok seller center app , after you would click on products on the top click on Failed , when you click on the item it should tell you why and what to do next , I suggest let AI optimize it for you than it will recommend the category after ..I hope this help .,I have to figure out this myself..Shopify customer service are so bad ..I have to close down my other shop due to 6 digit code not accepted when I chat with them they keep telling me to wait for the team to email me or get back to me so I waited for 2 weeks, witn the customers order not being ship out .,and I have to contact all of my TikTok customers to ask for zip code ..otherwise Shopify won’t ship out product so dam frustrating!!!
Thanks for replying! Unfortunately I’m still having the issue. Some of my products are not even showing up in TikTok central. It’s so frustrating
Same here. I have over 700 units on hand in my shopify with 12 variants and tiktok shop is telling me the same error message. So frustrating. I spent a couple hours on chat support to no avail.
I had a hunch that the issue was with variants because TT shop was recognizing inventory on products without variants but not products with variants. I fuddled with it for about 8 hrs on and off so I am not sure what worked. I woke up this morning and my products were loaded. I fumbled around A LOT so I am not sure if TT fixed a bug or if my fuddling did anything but I woke up this morning to fuddle some more and they were LOADED PERFECTLY. Amazing. Give it another go and hopefully it works out for you too
oh nice, thats great you got everything set up. I guess I’ll go through all the varients of my products and just delete those that I have no stock. Hopefully that works. Tiktok is supposed to be getting back to me.
