I uploaded a video to my product page, and it works great on desktop, but not on mobile:

I’m wondering if there is a setting or something I need to update in order for it to work on mobile? Would so appreciate any help if anyone has ran into the same issue.

Actually mine is doing the same. I have no idea what is blocking my videos. I uploaded and edited over hundred videos for each product and uploaded them to fit. They don’t play on mobile NOR on our website at all. They just sit there. So frustrating. Shopify chat support was not of any help with these except to want us to go with one of their themes. It’s annoying when you want support and they keep trying to sell you stuff all the time. We just want help! Thanks.
On my end the video loads on the website but yes it doesn’t work on my mobile device either. Are you making sure the photos and the videos are all the same exact sizes. I resized to match images with videos for each product in canva so they fit exactly the same. Not sure if that might help you.For me my videos won’t play at all, after working for a good month. They just stopped…I wish someone could tell me what is blocking them from playing…
Did you find the solution to that? I’ve been having the same issue!! Can’t find help anywhere
