I have been trying to get a refund from wellnature because I ordered there product on May 10th and have yet to receive it. They won’t get back to me. Anyone have any suggestions or has had this problem in the past?

If the store won’t respond and it’s been weeks, try contacting your payment provider to dispute the charge. Shopify, the company, is unable to issue refunds directly as transactions occur between you and the seller. You can also report the issue using Shopify’s ″Report a merchant” form.
