I requested a refund from a shop and didn’t hear from them since. They’re also not responding to my email and other messages.

2. Try Reaching Out Again:
- Reply to your original refund request email: Clearly state you haven’t heard back and reiterate your request for a refund.
- Use the store’s contact form: Many stores have a contact form specifically for refund inquiries.
- Check their social media: Sometimes stores can be responsive through social media messages

If the seller you purchased from is unresponsive, I recommend reporting the issue to your bank or payment provider. They can investigate the order on your behalf and dispute the charge if necessary. You can find more details on this FAQ page!

Sadly I can’t get the money back through the bank so I hoped there were other ways.

The store issuing you a refund or if your bank determines your purchase was not complete are the only ways to receive a refund. When you contact your bank you will want to ask them to open a fraudulent purchase investigation. I would suggest trying again and letting them know exactly what the reason is for the refund request. Sometimes you have to advocate for yourself and why the purchase was not as it was advertised.
