please if anyone can help. Our Shopify sales are not showing on the dashboard or monthly sales report but everything else is working as I can see the orders & conversion rate but it just not showing on the sales dashboard.
Please Shopify team help us solve this problem.

We’re aware of an issue currently affecting some stores’ sales data, which is in turn affecting the live view dashboard as well as some sales reports.
The issue has been identified and is being worked on by our developers currently, who have reported some progress already, though work is continuing.
This should be resolved in due course, and no action is necessary on your part currently.
Apologies for the disruption to your Shopify service, we’ll continue to work on it!

I see this post is from 2022, I am currently having the same issue in my store and can not find anywhere to contact support other than on these forums. Can @Don give some insight? We have not been able to view our total day sales for about a week.
This is happening in our store too since yesterday. Hopefully they’re already onto fixing it.
