I’m getting a ton of sales but my “Total sales” number is not reflecting those orders… I’ve had the same number for over one hour and gotten a lot of sales in between, and nothing. Still the same number. Anyone has the same issue or knows how to fix?

Earlier today, Shopify experienced some downtime where sales data was not reflecting accurate information and not populating in the dashboard. Our developers have since resolved the issue and you should be able to see this information filter through the admin as per usual. We have updated our Shopify Status page to reflect the information that all systems are operational.
Prior to accessing your admin, I recommend going through the troubleshooting steps listed below:
- Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
