I received an email from “shopifylogisticstore” at gmail.com saying there was some “compliance issue” that needed to be resolved immediately on my website. It says “A claim has been filed indicating potential infringement of intellectual property rights, a direct violation of Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.” As I make all and design all of my items myself, I don’t see how there could be any infringement, but would like to see if others are getting a similar email and, if so, if this is somehow legit.

It’s a scam don’t reply to them.
Ignore and block them.
btw Shopify never uses gmail to connect with customers.

This email appears to be a scam. Shopify would never use a Gmail address for official communication. Be aware of such fraudulent messages and never click on any links provided in them, as they may lead to hacking or theft of your information.
