Seller disappeared

The seller I bought from their shop disappeared, suddenly when I click the link they sent on my confirmation email it says no longer exists!

how do I get my money back?

Your best course of action right now is to get in contact with Shopify customer support with as many details you have such as the store name, payment receipts, and any other necessary information can help with tracking down the store.

Could you share a link to that store, even if the shop has disappeared?

You should report a merchant here

under Issue with the order.

For a refund best to contact your bank as soon as possible and try to store the transaction/get a refund.

Thanks, I’ve emailed the seller, no reply, no item, and the link doesn’t work but did last week
