Is there a way to add ALL products (including Printify products) into our one general shipping profile?

@katemohr es, you can add all products, including Printify products, into one general shipping profile in Shopify. Go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery, edit the General Shipping Profile, and add all products to it. Ensure Printify products are synced, and manually match shipping rates if needed.

If you’re unable to add Printify products to the general shipping profile, it’s likely because Printify products are managed under their own shipping profile by default. Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Go to Shipping Settings:

    • Navigate to Settings > Shipping and delivery in your Shopify admin.

  2. Locate Printify Profile:

    • Scroll to the Custom Shipping Profiles section.
    • Find the Printify profile and click Manage.

  3. Move Products to General Profile:

    • In the Printify profile, select all products and click Remove products.
    • Now, go back to the General Shipping Profile and click Add Products to include the Printify products.

  4. Sync Rates Manually (if needed):

    • If Printify’s rates differ from your general profile, manually add their shipping rates in the General Profile > Shipping zones.
