I have connected facebook to shopify but can only access it from my business partners laptop, when i try to login with my own laptop facebook wont connect and says “The email you entered isn’t connected to an account” yet when we connect through his laptop it works everytime? We are connecting with exactly the same details - email & password.
Both use Chrome on Macbook Pros he has Sonama 14.5 and i have Ventura 13.3.1 OS, this is the only difference.
Has anyone had this problem with diffrent devices before?
