I think the Loop Subscription app makes the most sense as you suggested but I have concerns about postal code validation and selecting the stating date.
Please look at the flow of the new reference website you will get better idea what I am trying to achive.

I’m setting up a store that offers weekly food meal plans, and I’m looking for a solid Shopify app that can handle subscriptions and recurring orders smoothly. Ideally, something that lets customers pick their meals, choose delivery days, and manage their subscription easily from their account.
There are a ton of apps out there, but it’s hard to tell which ones actually work well in real life. If anyone’s using something they love (or tried one that was a total nightmare), I’d really appreciate your recommendations!

I’ve been a part of Loop subscriptions for the past ~3 years and can vouch for the team + their product / solution.
Any subscription app provider with an inbuilt bundle solution should work for you.
All support bundles on one of their plans at least - and you can check with them based on your specific requirements.
