It’s stating in Payouts that I got two transactions paid out today 10/15/24 transactions #1016 & #1014. However, in the Balance it’s only showing transaction #1014 has actually been transferred. The other is stating as above that it’s been transferred to my Shopify Balance but it is not in the account.
This is the first time that this has happened. Is there a reason for this?
