I am so very frustrated and upset it has been impossible to get a hold of anybody I’ve tried contacting her agent through the assistant that does not work I’m in queue forever there is no phone number I continue to get charged Im really to the point where im done with shopify
yes I actually do need help why do I continue to be billed when I was told
my account was closed actually weeks ago and again last night and I saw
this morning I was billed again $39 I am very upset obviously Shopify must
be a scam because I couldn’t get through to anyone for weeks I would either
get stuck in the queue or there’s nobody to call
