My Shopify is selling products that are Out of Stock!! Track Quantity is checked. Continue selling when out of stock is NOT checked. There has to be a fix for this!!! I Can’t continue to apologize daily and refund customers money!!! I have included a screenshot of my adjustment history where you can see 0 in stock and now 1 commited!!
Did you ever get an answer from support on this? This has been happening to us for years and it is such a waste of time to manage. We are also having problems with the “track inventory” option being disabled on products randomly.
