Does anyone has the same problem like I have? I am new to build up a online store on Shopify, I have issue after set up payment for payout, it requested more information, but it doesn’t allow me to update any information, it has been a month and I have contacted the support team 4 times, every time they told me that I don’t need to anything, their team will solve the problem, but the issue still there and no one contact me, I also have tried to email them but all emails automatic reply says the email no longer available to monitor , ask me to contact help center which I already did many times, they start charge me the full subscription fee but I can’t use it to start selling my product, If I start selling and I can’t get payout which is unfai, anyone here can help me?
