I tried to activate shopify payments on my account, on my first shop no problem, on the second shop it asked me for address verification to send utility bill or bank statement.
I have sent my bank statement multiple times but shopify payments hasn’t been activated yet, I’ve been waiting for over a week already, can you do anything about it?

Have you received an email about this from our Payments team, or have you only seen a request for documentation in the Shopify admin?
I recommend selecting your country from this page to view the accepted types of documents you can upload to verify your identity (found in the Personal information requirements for Shopify Payments section).
Once your documents have been submitted for review and that has been confirmed it would just be a matter of waiting to hear back from our escalated team there. It can take a bit longer to hear back from our escalated teams, as they work via email in order to adhere to secure processes.
Just keep an eye out for an update via email there!
