I am replying to this older post to highlight the poor support I’ve received. It has been 7 days since I contacted them about the same issue, and I haven’t received any response. I’ve reached out to them 3 times in the meantime, but the issue remains unresolved. I have an LLC, EIN, and a bank account, yet I can’t get verified, while many others without a business seem to have no problem.
Additionally, the team working on the payment processor doesn’t operate over the weekend. Who cares if you lose a couple of thousand dollars?
I have deleted Shopify Payments and will use a third-party provider instead.
