they told us we can sign up for shopiy plus and that we can cancel anytime. now they are telling me we’re in a 12month contract. They want to charge me 2k a month for next 11 months for something we have no use for. they are very deceitful. class action law suit should be filled against them
Sounds a lot like a scam which is what it is. First of all im being charged $2500 not $2300. And I was not aware of the fact of how useless this subscription really is and the fact that I’d have to pay another $2000 a month for apps so I can run a simple market place. Buyer be aware that shopify plus is a scam

Prices of each plan are different in each country. For example, in my country, a basic plan is only $25 per month, but in the US, it’s $39.

Stick to what goes on in your country and dont bother spreading bs here. I was ripped off by shopify. They over promise under deliver get you locked in to a useless subscription with no real value and when you ask to cancel they threaten you with legal action. Im informing other sellers hoping they dont fall into the trap I got stuck in
