Hi there Community,
I am currently experiencing a problem where the refund notification email’s contain the wrong product translations (so description for languages other than the primary language. The other text in the email template is correct for that specific language). I have tested this on a couple of stores so far. This is only the Refund Notifications since the other ones translate fine.
I was wondering if anyone was experiencing the same thing and if they maybe have a remedie for the issue.
I have contacted Shopify Plus support for a couple of months about this issue now however I keep on getting the message that they are looking into it. Meanwhile customers are receiving wrongly translated emails.
