Greeting to whomever reads through this. Just couple quick questions.

We use Shopify’s UPS (we only use UPS here) to calculate shipping, and we then have our own employee on a separate system who actually makes the labels and ships them. Is this good practice to do?

As seen in the screenshot above, we are trying to offer more UPS shipping methods but they are grayed out. Why is that? Why can’t I add more rates?

This is totally fine if you want to do it this way, I would just make sure that you’re comparing Shopify’s nogotiated UPS rates with whichever service you’re currently using to make sure that you’re getting the best deal.

You’ll want to ensure that you’re eligible to use UPS with Shopify Shipping as this may be why this is greyed out. If you seem to be eligible but are still not seeing this as an option, please contact our support team.
