Can anyone tell me how I can contact support? The chat link doesnt show at the bottom of the help page. My site is in build mode at $9 a month (I think). Would that have anything to do with it? I have spent 2 days trying to figure out how to contact them. Please help!

On page https://help.shopify.com/en are you logged in? Your store should be in the top right, and at the bottom right, “chat with a human.”. If you do not see it, try also in a new private/incognito browser window.

Hi there @elevatepetsupply if you’re struggling to contact them through the chat box, then I suggest you try reaching out to them through their Twitter (X) page. They’re quite responsive there.
Hello and thanks for responding. I am logged in while on that page and there is no option to chat. There is no option for anything on that page besides links to topics. I will try incognito now
I checked in another browser and it worked. Thank you all for your suggestions!
