My account or my store was terminated for no reason and I have pending payouts to yet reach my bank account. Customer service is literally useless. What should I do?
I definitely understand your concern and desire to get this resolved ASAP. If the store was closed by our business operations team then you will need to wait for the agent assigned to your ticket to follow up with additional information.
Please ensure you are checking both your inbox and spam/junk box as this team can only communicate via email. Our live support channels can confirm that your ticket has been escalated or whether or not a reply has been sent/received by the team, but they have no direct insight into the situation or decisions being made.
Once the agent assigned to your ticket reaches out, they will share further information about your pending payouts and whether or not this can be reversed.
@Shay So will I be getting my payouts at the end of the day? Because that’s all I care about.
I can’t say for sure as I don’t have access to that information. Once our business operations team makes contact they will be able to share more information about your payouts and if they will be processed or not.

Yes Shopify closed my store as well without giving me any valid reason, after asking for details their risk team said they cannot “divulge” in the details. They’re also holding over 9k in funds to be paid out and have my domain on hold. Its amazing how they can just put you out of business with no questions asked. I wouldn’t suggest anyone waste their time or business with Shopify, look elsewhere, they’ll hold your money, close your store, and hold your domain without a good explanation of “WHY” they did it.. thank you Shopify for taking everything from me in the blink of an eye. I can tell they care their customers depend on the store to pay bills with. What a shame!!
