I had an issue with my subs bill.
I was on a monthly plan, then I changed to an annual basic plan so I had an offer of 233$ instead 257$
The problem that Shopify take money 2 times from my card!
I chatted with the support team and they told me there’s no upselling offer in shopify! I don’t have a screenshot that provide that offer!
I asked for a refunding the selected bill but they told me no it’s already deducted from the new bill!! but this is not right , so please if you have a screenshot or any solutions!!!
