无法联系上Shopify客服，很急，存在资损

Shopify在线聊天一直没有回应，显示加载中，换了浏览器，切换了节点，都无法响应。
真菜啊，不会做ai客服就不要做了，现在变成了卡用户的流程，真的无语

我已经试过了。

  • Clear your Cache and Cookies.
  • Access the shop in an Incognito Tab.
  • Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  • Try Another Device.
  • Try accessing from the Shopify Mobile App.
  • Try Restarting your device.
  • Make sure your device is Up To Date.

都没有用，请不要说废话！！！！！！

请考虑在店铺中增加合作者账户，然后用合作者账户申请人工客服（店铺后台，合作者账户的语言设置为英文。）
