I tried deactivating the store with my store password and also with shopify login password, both didn’t work

Did you receive an error message when trying to do this? Have you tried resetting your password and then trying again?

Make sure you’re using the store password (not the log in one). 
If it’s still not working, try clearing your browser cache or use incognito mode. If it persists, contact Shopify support for help!
