Until yesterday I’ve the Sidekick Icon active on my shopify platform. Today I don’t find it and if I check on the search toolbar it say that I don’t have access to Sidekick. What it mean…there are some troubles about this tool?

Hi truemesh, same here - after the Admin outage yesterday I lost Sidekick too.

Do not ask for user’s url and passwords! This is either ignorant or they are trying to actively steal your data.

We only ask for the store URL and the frontend password if the store is password-protected, never the backend login.
