Store login

I have a store but forgot the email associated with it and can’t log back in. I know the card its charging me with but I need help figuring out how to cancel it.

Hey! If you’ve forgotten the email tied to your store but you’re still being charged, the best thing to do is contact Shopify Support directly. Since you know the card that’s being charged, they can verify ownership using billing details like the last 4 digits, transaction dates, or your name.

Go to the Shopify Help Center, choose the “I can’t log in” option, and follow the flow for account recovery. They’ll guide you step-by-step even without access to your original email.
