Basically I can’t seem to get past this little stump in the road.. I’ve tried about everything I can think of. Need someone else’s view/angle on this.

Thanks for posting in the Shopify Community.
In order for your store to be displayed on the Shop app, you need to meet these requirements. According to the screenshot, it looks like you don’t have an active Shopify Payments account, which is necessary for the Shop sales channel.
For context, Shop is an additional sales channel which you can use to sell your products on the app, but you don’t need it to sell on your own online store. Having Shop enabled or disabled doesn’t affect any other aspect of your store.
