Team, I don’t use you. I did not have an account to contact you as the link from the chat to the agent is broken. So it diverts to a blank page all the time. I noticed your taking payments of £20 x5 from my bank. I have no idea who you are or what you do but I did not even have an account to speak to anyone so I had to join a temp account to speak to you! I need a refund can someone please help before I take this to the small claims court?
