The Theme you're looking for couldn't be found

Every time I try to customise my store this keeps popping up. See below:

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with your theme, to ensure this gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, are you able to share what theme you’re currently using?

I also recommend attempting a few of the outlined troubleshooting steps listed below to ensure this isn’t related to a browser:

  • Clear Cache and Cookies.
  • Access the shop from an Incognito Tab.
  • Try using Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
  • Try using Another Device (i.e Mobile device).
  • Try accessing from the Shopify Mobile App.

If after attempting all of the steps mentioned above, you continue to see this error, please Contact Support. This will allow our advisor team to investigate further and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.

I am facing the same now and all the above steps didn’t work and contacted Shopify support and they said it’s from the theme support: in my case arena commerce: https://support.arenacommerce.com/support/tickets/263394 I have already opened a ticket and checking whats happening. i cannot access the customizer at all and the big frustration is this: the same theme is used on 2 websites: https://www.kadoonpro.com/ and https://kadoonpro.ae/ and .com is fine and working great but .ae is not working and i will share a screenshots:

and I am working on Firefox because am unable to work on normal browsing of Google Chrome i have an issue and reported CHROME SUPPORT and Shopify as well and hope soon it will be fixed but right now I am still facing this on firefox: https://prnt.sc/K9ExdYryXE6j any advice please would be much appreciated! this is really frustrating and so sad because I’ve been accessing the customer regularly and on a daily basis because this is my daily job work here and suddenly it stopped. i dont know what suddenly happened. can i create a new theme.liquid file from the other website? is this going to fix the problem now?
