hi, i just started shopify yesterday and my online store is showing error and the theme is not loading for customisation. I am not a person of coding. Please help if some one knows this. Thanks in advance

Can you clarify the following:
- What theme are you using?
- Does this error exist across multiple themes, or just one?
Furthermore, let’s rule out any local troubleshooting steps:
- Try clearing cache/cookies of current browser
- Try from a different, up-to-date, browser
- Try from a different network connection
These steps are very important as we did see some Admin issues impacting some stores across Shopify yesterday as well, so we want to make sure it is unrelated to that.

hi, thanks for the reply. I can’t even customize the debut default theme. my store is not online yet due to that. I tried to customize the theme by clicking the ‘customize’ theme button and it is redirecting to the error as I have shown in the screenshot. please help. It’s not just for the debut theme, I tried to publish different themes, and still not working.
