Hello Everyone, is the following a legitimate email from Shopify?

Hi there, We received a Digital Millennium Copyright Act takedown notice from a theme developer claiming that your Shopify store, b16138-fc.myshopify.com is using an unlicensed version of the following theme: https://themes.shopify.com/themes/motion/styles/classic This theme is only available to buy in Shopify’s Theme Store. Purchases of this theme made elsewhere are not licensed and each license is for a single store only. Your store will be taken offline on September 10, 2024 if this issue hasn’t been resolved. You can resolve this issue by: Purchase: consider buying the theme from the Shopify Theme Store, Delete: if you choose not to purchase the theme, then you must remove it from your theme library, or Transfer: in cases where you previously purchased a theme for an old store but no longer use it there, you might be able to transfer it to your new store. Yes, it’s legit.

Looks legit. Most importantly, are you using an unlicensed copy of that theme?

Definitely should sort that out asap either way.
