I created my own website and the ownership is for me and me only I turned off test orders and passwords and no matter what i try it doesn’t work can you please help with this issue
I think you need to get a Shopify plan to get payment features available on your store.
This comes when you set all the options but still need a Shopify plan to start the checkout services including payments.

The first thing I would usually recommend here, is to check that your payment gateway is not on test mode. However, you mentioned that test mode was off so that may not be the issue here. What payment gateways do you currently have active on your store?
Do you have an active Shopify subscription also or are you still on a trial?
Are you a Shopify Partner, and is this a development store?
