Hey so I was playing around with shopify 3 months ago and completely forgot. Havent used the service at all but got charged today. I really would like a refund because I need the money now more than ever. Could Someone please help?

While I wouldn’t be able to provide you with a refund, one of our live advisors will be able to review your request. First, however, make sure to cancel your store by heading to Settings > Plans & Permissions > Close Store.
Once your store is closed head to our Help Center, login, and select ‘Contact Shopify Support.’ Next, select the options that best match your situation, then select ‘Live Chat.’ One of our advisors will be able to assist you.
In the meantime, can you tell me the reason behind not moving forward with the store? We use this information to help us become a better platform!
