Hi Fellas,

I am getting error pop-up from Shopify that I cant access my store from the login id I have using ever since I have created this account. I haven’t changed my login details but had changed my store mail id to some other mail id after which I am facing this issue.

I tried reaching out to help centre but can’t get any link or chat with support executive and this issue still persists and my business is suffering major losses because of this.

Have you tried logging in using your updated mail ID? If you have access to your recovery codes as well or 2step authorization, you can also log in to your store using those.
