Cannot log in after changing my email login!!

Hello,

I am currently having issues logging into my store after changing my email login. I ran into this problem while setting up my PayPal integration as emails in PayPal and in General need to match. The problem is that I am being prompted to enter a six digit authentication MFA code however it is not working. Also my backup codes are not working either. I can log into my gmail account and even tried disabling MFA to see if this would get around the issue to no avail.

Another problem is that the AI chatbot can’t find my store because I can’t log in, thereby denying me support. I desperately need help here and I feel so lost!! I opened a case earlier today and I want to understand who I can directly contact to help me get my Shopify account back.

If you have access to back-up codes, it should work. It would be best if you can show us a screenshot if there are errors showing on your end. In regarding to reach out Shopify support team, since you do not have access to your account, you can send an email to them on their Account Support Form.
