Unable to Purchase Shipping Labels: 10/23/2023

hmm. I can’t purchase label. How do I fix this?

Bingo. So if we all have to use alternate shipping methods today we should at the very least get a few days of credit for premium memberships since we will be paying astronomical shipping not to mention the time it will take to transfer the date to another program for each order which will take us a hot minute with 40 orders this morning and growing. This worries me more for future issues than anything else, I can work around this today, what is going to be the response if something else major goes down… “sorry you just cant do business today, this week, this month”??? This is not good!

I cleared cache and cookies and still No Luck.

Every time I try to purchase labels for my orders, I get the same error message “USPS: Something went wrong, please try again.” How can I resolve this issue? Are there settings I need to change or is this an issue with USPS?

Issue not resolved? Seems like you guys adjusted the code on Friday evening and now we are screwed.

Hi Holly, Has it been resolved? It effect our Shopify too, we could not purchase shipping lablel.

Seems they are having issues with some of their shipping label integrations, there is an incident logged on their status page: https://www.shopifystatus.com/

not much we can do except wait for updates for it to be fixed…

Still hasn’t been fixed. Going through the same issue since Saturday! This is ridiculous at this point. :unamused_face:

I have been having this same issue since Saturday, I have delayed nearly 300 packages that was suppose to ship out this week due to this “Technical issue” shopify is currently having & the support center is not helpful. So frustrating at this point. :tired_face:

Mine was fully resolved Monday 10/23 at 930AM PST.
