I used to have a Shopify store years ago but it has since been terminated. I just went to transfer my domain to a new host and discovered that my current domain has Shopify as it’s registrar and is currently locked so I can’t transfer it. I no longer know what my logins were for that account and the two accounts I still remembered did not have my domain attached to them. When I would attempt to add the domain it would say there was already a store associated with that domain. I need help getting my domain unlocked so I can transfer it.
