I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding my Shopify account, which was closed on August 13, 2024, after being determined to be in violation of Shopify’s policies. At the time of closure, I was informed that my payouts would typically be held for 120 days.
However, it has now been over 120 days since my account was closed, and I have yet to receive any updates or resolution regarding my pending payout. I have contacted Shopify support multiple times via chat and email, but each time I am told the same response: “Your case has been escalated to a specialist team.” Unfortunately, despite these assurances, no further action or communication has been provided.
