URGENT: Emails from Order Notifications and Contact Page Stopped

Hi, please help!

Order notification emails and contact page emails have stopped being delivered to our nominated email address.

Everything has been working fine for several months and all of a sudden the emails have stopped. I have checked and the email address has not been filtered or blocked from our gmail address, and have added a new recipient to a different member of the team (on the same domain) and they are receiving notifications.

Has anyone else recently experienced this? If so what is the workaround?

I’m experiencing the same issue. Shopify and our IT company keep pointing the finger at each other. Meanwhile I have no fix in sight. I can add more detail if anyone has similar experiences and wants to share potential solutions.
