USA shipping error

Hi, my USA customers are unable to check out. They are getting this error

“Shipping not available

Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address.”

I have USA market enabled, shipping zone enabled - linked with Australia Post account.

I have tested other markets and they are all providing shipping rates, any ideas why my USA is not working?

This error can be from several different causes. But the major cause is not having the shipping rates correctly set. One specific example is if you have them set up by weight, and each rate overlaps another. i.e. 0-1 lb, 1-2 lb, 2-3 lb, etc. These are not correct and will cause that error. Needs to be 0-0.99, 1-1.99, 2-2.99, etc. Just one example.
