Three of my app users have informed me that they left reviews on the app, but after a few days, the reviews are still not visible on the app store. Additionally, two of these users are unable to see or rewrite their reviews. These are my first reviews.
How long does it typically take for a review to be approved?

May I ask which reviews app you have used? In Shopify admin, can you approve these comments or do you need to disable the approval function.

I am an app developer, I meant to the reviews that merchants write on my app listing in the Shopify app store.
it usually takes 24-48 hours to publish on app store if successfully submitted.
