Sorry to hear about this @Dalebd now that you’ve brought this to the community, a member of customer support is more likely to come across it and give you some guidance or help on what to do. It’s a frustrating situation I can imagine but rest assured it would be resolved. A friend of mine had this experience too

Hi Dale, did you get your money? We are going through this now as well and it is a mess. Our Shopify details were already verified two years ago! I just read some businesses are about to go out of business because of this in the community forum. How horrible for them! They owe us 35k in pending payments now. We have zero cash flow and losing 5k daily. We are hanging by a thread. This cannot be legal.
Do you mind if I ask if this was resolved for you ? I am desperate for some info here as they refuse to contact me.
I sure do hope so. I think I’m going to cancel Shopify payments and just run PayPal.
Your case sounds much worse than mine. I’m only waiting for less than $500 payout. But no, no one has contacted me. This issue is unresolved.
