If the store is closed, you need to send the inquiry directly to Shopify support.

In case the link doesn’t work, try opening in Chrome (Incognito mode)

Hey, @BGOFERTAS . Welcome to the Community! How long ago did you close your store?
If you’re still within your current billing period, then you can login to your account as usual, choose the same plan and access your admin to remove your domain. You will not be charged again when re-opening your store within your current billing period since your subscription is paid for the entire 30 days of your billing cycle. If you are able to do this, just remember to close your store once you’re done removing your domain to prevent any future invoices.
However, if it has been more than 30 days since you closed your store, then please reach out via live chat, email or phone call as Nick_Marketing has advised. A Support Advisor will be able to take a closer look to see how they can help with this.
Did you buy your domain through Shopify? Or is it a third party domain?
