I’m currently building a SaaS product that helps eCommerce stores recover more abandoned carts — but I want to make sure it actually solves real pain points, not just repeat what’s already out there.

If you’ve used tools like Klaviyo, ReCart, Mailchimp, etc., I’d love your input:

  • What’s the most frustrating thing about your current cart recovery setup?
  • Which features do you rarely use or feel are just bloat?
  • What kind of automation, analytics, or personalization do you wish existed?
