Frozen account

Generally speaking, Shopify stores would be frozen for non-payment of invoices or similar.
If you wish to return to a store that has been frozen you would usually just need to log into your account and clear any outstanding balance which is payable.
There are other situations in which a store will become inaccessible to the merchant, such as account issues not relating to payment.
In those cases, you should be contacted via email by the relevant specialist team here at Shopify with more info on how to proceed.
Can you let me know a bit more about what happens exactly when you try to access your store and if you’ve got an email out from our teams about your store?
Try searching in your email’s spam or other folders as mails like this can sometimes be routed there by mistake.
