What to do if my TV order isn't delivered?

Hi, I bought a TV from one of your stores and never received it. It also is problematic that the email I was given to contact on my order form does not respond to the emails. Order No. KUG08520 is my order number, what should I do?

It says to go to find the Order confirmation URL:

It won’t let me go to the link “View Order” because it says: “Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable.”

So I cannot fill out the form. Now what do I do? Lol.

You could try opening a chart directly with Shopify support, explain the situation to them.

If the link doesn’t work, use Chrome Incognito Mode!

It works, the link that is, but it asks me to select a store and when I go
to do that it sends me to their front page lol.

Have you tried opening chat link in the Chrome Incognito mode as I have mentioned? I tried a moment ago and I can reach support without store input being required.

@Nick_Marketing is right that if you are unable to contact the store directly, you can report them to our internal team using this link. Just note that we are unable to disclose whether a store is hosted on our platform, so therefor you would not receive an update on our internal investigation. However, reporting stores that you believe are not acting in good faith helps us make our platform better for merchants and buyers.

You mentioned you weren’t able to include the order confirmation URL because the website was unavailable. What I would recommend doing is finding the order confirmation email, right clicking on the View Order link, and clicking Copy Link Address. This will provide you with your Order Confirmation URL that you can paste into the reporting link above.

Above all, the best way to resolve a non-delivery issue like this is to contact your bank or payment provider. They are the ones who will be able to provide you with the best next steps for your situation.
